setHighResFrameCaptureEnabled

High res frame capture is disabled by default and needs to be enabled by using this method. If enabling high res frames, please use VIDEO_RESOLUTION_DEFAULT, higher resolutions might cause problems when combined with high res frame capture on some devices.
